Greetings, from the junkyard!
John is third in the line of seven children. His family moved a couple of times before they ended up in Bryan/College Station, Texas when he was twelve years old. Jennifer is the oldest of three and moved from Pennsylvania to Houston, Texas with her family when she was five years old. Right before she turned 19, Jennifer moved into an apartment and took classes at Blinn Junior College in Bryan/College Station, Texas.
John and Jennifer met in October 1993 where they worked together at a grocery store and quickly became friends. For several months one of the other cashiers kept insisting Jennifer and John would make a cute couple. They would just look at each other and laugh telling her she was ridiculous. That cashier quit and two weeks later in March 1994 John and Jennifer talked about seeing a movie together sometime.
John and Jennifer were married April 5, 1997 in Houston, Texas. They now have three children, Desiree, Christopher and Joshua.
Christopher was diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder when he was 2 years old.
In June of 2006 John was promoted and they moved to Clinton, Mississippi. That is just the beginning of their story. The rest of the story is continued here.
